separate contracts you carried out for us. You will see that we have rated you
as Excellent in all aspects of the work completed, but this does not reflect
fully our view of the service you provided. Our reason for writing is to express
our sincere thanks for what you have done for us, and spell out what exactly it
was that pleased us so much.

• Designing and specifying the work. The advice and availability of samples made
the process of deciding what we wanted to achieve so much quicker and easier.
• Price . For the quality that we wanted your prices were very reasonable. •
Programming. Your ability to fit the work into your schedule to suit our
requirements was very much appreciated.
• Workmanship. The quality of the work and the manner in which your tradesmen
carried it out was excellent. The way in which they tidied and cleaned up as
they went was appreciated.
• After-Care. Your response to snags and queries has been impressive.
